1. Refunds

We regret to inform you that we do not accept refunds for products purchased from Sahar Store. We stand by the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction with each purchase. However, we do offer exchanges under specific circumstances.

2. Exchanges

We are open to exchanging items if they are found to be physically damaged or if the wrong items were sent, subject to verification. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team and inform them of the issue.
  • Provide an unedited, unsealing video as part of the verification process.
  • We do not charge any delivery or transportation fee if the mistake was on our end.

However, please note that if a customer has ordered the wrong size or wrong items themselves and wishes to exchange them, they are responsible for returning the product to our office premises or sending it via courier at their own cost for exchange within 24hrs. While we do not charge for the exchange itself, please be aware that a service charge may be applicable depending on the delivery logistics.

3. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The exchange request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Damaged products will not be eligible for an exchange. Please inspect the product upon receipt.
  • Warranty claims for damaged hardware will be honored if they are within the warranty period and accompanied by a valid Warranty card and bill.

4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team and provide details of the issue.
  • We will guide you through the verification process, which may include providing an unedited, unsealing video.
  • If the verification confirms the issue was due to our mistake, we will arrange for the exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for returning the product to our office premises or sending it via courier for exchanges.
